With Medica, you have open access to:

• Over 7,000 Physicians, 1000 dentists, and 970 pharmacies
• Urgent and after hours care

Open access means you may use any health care provider who is part of the provider network without a referral. Even though you have open access to the network, we still encourage you to choose a primary care clinic.

American Indian Access American Indian members can use tribal and Indian Health Services (IHS) clinics without prior authorization.	Family Planning Choose any provider you want. You don't have to stay in the network for family planning services.
Transition of Care for New Members For orthodontia, mental health, chemical dependency, at-risk pregnancy or drugs, we will help you change over to Medica.	Transplant Services Medica has a network for transplant services. For information call Customer Service.
