Where do I find out how this will be covered with my benefit plan? 

  • Chiropractic Services will be found in the Professional/Physician Services section of your benefit document. It will be paid under the chiropractic services section.


Things to remember

  • Many plans have a limit on the number of visits per year for chiropractic services.
  • Many plans also require referrals prior to the visit in order for any coverage.
  • Any eligible Durable Medical Equipment (DME) prescribed by a chiropractor is eligible for coverage and the benefits are found in the Durable Medical Equipment section of the benefit document.
