Medica Choice® Passport members have access to the large Medica Choice network when they receive care within our service area ___ Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Wisconsin. Those located outside our service area have access to a large national network of more than 600,000 providers and 5,000 hospitals.

  • Access to registered nurses, 24 hours a day, to answer your medical questions
  • Depending on the programs your employer offers, you may have access to Medica programs that can help you establish healthy habits, identify and manage your health risks, and make your health care the best it can be

Find a Doctor

Search our Find a Doctor database to find a provider, or find out if your current provider is part of the Passport from Medica network.

** You will need to choose either Medica Choice with United HealthCare Choice Plus or Medica Choice with United HealthCare Options PPO from the menu. Contact your benefit administrator to determine which network is correct for your organization.


Pharmacy


Search the Medica list of preferred drugs (formulary) to find out if your prescriptions are included or to look for generic alternatives to your existing prescriptions.
