And, while that sometimes means going to your doctor to receive the care you need -- sometimes it also means being your own "health manager". No, you won't get paid a salary but you will get some reward including a healthier lifestyle as a result of knowing what your health risks are, what you can do to prevent injury or accident, and when to get medical care.
