When you have more than one health plan or policy, it's important to let us know.  We coordinate benefits with other plans you have because more than one company shares the responsibility for your health care expenses.  When we know about all the health plans you have, we have the information we need to process your claims correctly.

Call Customer Service at the phone number on the back of your ID card and follow the prompts to update your information over the phone.  When you see a Medica network provider for care, be sure to tell the provider about all of your health plans.
