Find a Doctor
Provides information to help you find a doctor, or other care provider, based on the type of coverage that you have. New features have recently been added to this tool and include a search option to help you find a doctor that speaks your preferred language. To choose your preferred language, select “More Options” at the bottom of the “Find a Doctor” selection page.

Contact Medica
Provides phone numbers related to the type of coverage that you have as well as other contact information frequently requested by members. 

If you or a family member speacks a language other than English, Medica call center representatives will request a translator (or "are able") to assist with your call.

Ask Your Doctor Checklist
Medica has created a checklist for you to use as you prepare for a visit to your doctor. These checklists are available in the following languages (click on the language of your choice to view the document): English, Hmong, Russian, Somali, and Spanish.
