myMedica.com: Log on to myMedica.com to view details about your benefit plan, including copay, coinsurance and deductible amounts, so you will understand how claims will be processed. You will also be able to access copies of your claims following your visit.

Find out what medicines are covered; fill prescriptions
List of Preferred Drugs: Search the Medica list of preferred drugs (formulary), view an abridged list, or the list organized by therapeutic class. By using the search, you will be able to view multiple drugs for the same condition, and generic options.
myMedica.com: Review complete coverage information based and costs for prescriptions based on your benefits, and print a prescription claim form if needed. Note: For information based on your plan, select 'Pharmacy Benefit Information' under the Prescriptions tab in the main navigation.
Choose a pharmacy service
Find a Doctor: Locate a pharmacy within your network with our online provider database. You will be able to search by name, address or type of provider.
Choice90RX: If you take medication on an ongoing basis, you can save time by obtaining up to a 90-day supply from a participating pharmacy for three (3) retail copayments.
Mail order pharmacy options: Save time and money by ordering your regular prescriptions by mail. For plans with prescription drug coverage and mail order pharmacy benefits, you can take advantage of up to a 90-day supply of your medication.
Medication Checkup: If you use multiple medications, seek an annual medication review with your primary care physician. The program promotes patient safety by helping practitioners identify potentially harmful, duplicative or unnecessary medication use.
