The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is a no-cost supplemental benefit offered to Medica Prime Solution, Advantage Solution and DUAL Solution members. The program allows you to take advantage of a basic membership at a participating fitness center and use amenities such as steam and sauna rooms, aqua exercise classes, exercise equipment and more. Enjoy the SilverSneakers® Classes regardless of your fitness level, make new friends and participate in fun events.
